Regular Meeting of the Orono Council, 7:35 P.M.
May 27, 1975
i•The Orono Council met on the above date with
the following members present: Mayor Searles,
Councilmen Butler, Massengale, and Paurus.
Councilman Welsh absent.
Butler moved, Searles seconded, that the MINUTES
Vinutes of the Regular Meeting of May 13,
1975, be approved with the following
corrections: Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).
Page 1. First paragraph, 36.021 to read:

RESOLUTION #609
Resolution #609 instructing the legal

department to draft a resolution for Council

review June 10, 1975 providing provisions of
developers to incorporate with subdivision

streets bike/hike pathways in accordance
with the Hennepin County Bike/Hike Pathways

Feasibility Study of June 1974, and conditioned
on staff approval. These pathways will be
designed to provide safe passage for pedestrians
and bike riders alike. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

Resolution #610 instructing the legal

review June 10, 1975 providing for a 10% raw
land value for park dedication fees from all
future proposed subdivisions in the City of
