Paurus moved, Welsh seconded, to approve the
transfer of $12,803.30 from the Federal
Revenue Sharing Fund to the General Fund
for Capital Outlay. Motion, Ayes (4) -
Nays (0).
The Casco Point Deed and Crystal Bay Lake
access were deferred until the meeting of
May 27, 1975.
Paurus moved, Butler seconded, to adopt
Resolution #601 Denying Mr. John Morrison's
Request For $2,500 Payment From The City Of
Orono, For The Removal Of Trees From The
Hennepin County Right -Of -Way As Part Of
The Sanitary Sewer Project 73-1. Motion,
Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
Searles moved, Butler seconded, to adopt
Resolution #602 to grant a variance to
31.202 for Arthur Ahlm, 1331 North Arm
Drive, Since the present structures and
proposed structure would be connected
to public sewer,since two buildings on
lots now, one will be replaced which will
be connected to public sewers. Finding
there is no adverse effect on public health,
safety or welfare and to issue a conditional
use permit subject to:
1. Tearing down present structure first.
2. Combination of all five lots into one.
3. Connecting new building to public sewers
before occupancy.
4. No rental of guest house.
5. No future subdivision or sale of either
structure to another party.
6. Staff shall file resolution with Register
of Deeds and make sure same is included
in title. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).
Welsh moved, Butler seconded, that the
Navarre Drive-in Theatre license, be
approved. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).
