A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
3-5 TON ROLLER AND TRAILER
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota,
as follows:
1. Plans and specifications for a 3-5 ton roller and trailer
were approved by the City Council of the City of Orono,
Minnesota at a regular meeting held in the City Council
Chambers on May 13, 1975.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise
for bids in the two official newspapers for the City that
sealed bids for a static roller and trailer will be received
by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, in the
City Council Chambers until 11:30 A. M., CDT on the 16th day
of June, 1975, at which time bids will be publicly opened and
read aloud for furnishing and delivery of a 3-5 ton static
roller and trailer for the street department.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a
regular meeting held May 13, 1975.
