vic�s solely through the Administrator,and neither the .
Council nor�any of its members shall give orders to any

5. The Council shall fix the salary of the Administrator
ai�.n.ually at its first m�eting of the year and such salary shall
not be�changed until •the next sueh meeting.

A RESOLUTION REGARDING A COIINTY HOSPITAL FACILITY
-AND DIRE�T�RELIEF-ADMINISTRATION
�� � ' BE IT RESOLVED that the Village of Orono endorse the principle of
, sharix�g�on a pro-rata basis,the costs of maintaini.ng a Coufity Hospital
faciLty. However,direct relief should be administered exclusiveTy by
. ' each municipality and should not be included in the County Hospital
. costs; and .

BE 1'r FURTHER RESOLVED that the Legislature of the State of I�nnesota
be urged to establish an Interim Study Commission composecl of legislators
and representatives of subwrban municipalities,Minneapolis, University
� Hospital,Universit;� Medica7: School,and possibly others,to define med.ical
- indigency in an equitable manner. �
