RESOLUTION N0. 733
. A RESOLUTION APPROVING T� LIBERTY ACRES PLAT
•
UVF-�REAS, the City of Orono is a mimicipal corporation and organized and
existing Lmder the laws of the State of Minnesota; and ,
WHEREAS, the City Cotmcil of the City of Orono has adopted subd�:vision
regulations for the orderly,� economic and safe development of land within the
City; and -
WHEREAS, the City Cotuicil has considered the application for a sub-
division plat for Liberty Acres;
NdIN, TT-IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City CoLmcil of the City of
Orono hereby approves the plat for Liberty Acres, Hennepin Cowrty, Minnesota,
subject to the following conditions:
1. Execution of the agreement for furnishing improvements as
c�nditions to acceptance of subdivision plat of Liberty
Acres plat. ,
2. Payment of Park Dedication Fee in the amount of $1,250.00.
3. Granting of conservation and utility easements as
required by the City.
� 4. Legal opinion acceptable to City Attorney.
5. Delivery of performance bond if recluired by Cotmcil.
6. Execution of all the necessary documents including the
above docwnents by all parties with an interest in the
property.
This resolution will expire on June l, , 1977, if the aforesaid
subdivision plat has not been i e wit t e ennep�.n o�ty Recorder's Office.
In that event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of
Orono for subdivision approval. ,
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a regular
meeting held December 13 , 197G.
