RESOLUTION #731
A RES.OLUTION DESIGNATING FUNDS FOR
ROBERT L. SEARLES DAY
WHEREAS, Robert L. Searles resigned as Mayor for the
Village of Orono, Minnesota as of 7:05 P.M. , November 22, 1976; and
WHEREAS, Robert L. Searles contributed 22 years of
dedicated service to the Village of Orono;and
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Orono,
Minnesota wishes to demonstrate their appreciation to Robert L.
Searles for his many years of 'contributing to the welfare of
� the Village of Orono.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that funds not to exceed
$1,200 be authorized for a Meritorious Service Award, a silver .
platter, etc. to be presented to Robert L. Searles on Robert L.
Searles Day, January 15, 1977.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono,
1�linnesota at a regular meeting held November 22, 1976.
