Chapter 78, Sec- tion 1, Definitions shall be amend- ed by removing the strikethrough text and adding the underlined text: Retaining wall means awall-er- sirnilarstructure designed and-een- strueted to hold back and prevent lateral movement of earth or other landscaping materials. Two or more abutting boulders. 24 inches in di- ameter or greater, placed to hold back the earth are considered to be a retaining wall. Landscape edglnc. less than 6 inches tall. is not con- sidered aretaining wall. SECTION 2. Chapter 78, Sec- tion 586.
