AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
RELATED TO ROOF COVERAGE FOR SOLAR PANEL ARRAYS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF ORONO ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Sec.78-1379 Alternative energy systems paragraph(e). Subparagraph(2)shall be
amended by striking text to read as follows:

SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage
