A RESOLUTION TO EXTEND THE EXPIRATION FOR FILING
DATE FOR THE ULA4ER ESTATES PLAT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono,
Minnesota, at a regular meeting held November 8, 1976 ,
approved an extension of the expiration for filing date
for the Ulmer Estates Plat from October 12, 1976 to January l,
1977.
This resolution will expire on January 1, 1977,
if the aforesaid subdivision plat has not been filed with the
Hennepin County Register of Deeds. In that event, it will be
necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono
for subdivision approval.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota,
at a regular meeting held November 8, 1976.
