A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A
PARK D2EMORIAL FUND TRANSFER
WHEREAS, a Z"iemorial Fund was established in May of
1973 by Mrs. Charles Elliott to benefit the Navarre area parks,
and
WHEREAS, the monies for the �%�emorial Fund were deposited
by members of the Orono Park Commission in a savings account at
the First PJational Bank of Pdavarre.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the monies in the
r2emorial Fund Savings Account be transferred to the Al1 Funds
Checking Account of the City of Orono and be credited to the
Park Fund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the monies from the Plemorial
Fund be expended as stipulated for the Navarre area parks.
� Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a
regular meeting held October 25, 1976.
