AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A NONEXCLUSIVE
GAS FRANCHISE TO CENTERPOINT ENERGY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on .Tamuary 13 , 2019, Ordinance No. 237
was adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota.
NOTICE IF FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No.
237 , the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication:
Ordinance No. 237 grants a nonexclusive gas franchise and sets for the terms thereof.
A printed copy of the entire Ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the City
Clerk's regular office hours.
APPROVED for publication by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, this
13th day of January 2020.
