I�fIEREAS, the City of �rono is a municipal corporation organized and
existin� wlder the laws of the State of ��innesota; and
1�I�:REAS, the City Coi.mcil of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision
regulations for the orderly, economic and safe develonment of land within the
City; and
ZVI�REAS, the City Cowlcil has considered the apPlication for a sub-
division plat for P.4RZV00D by Gerald Parten;
NO�V, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Cotmcil of the City of
Orono hereby approves the plat for P�1RjV00D, �iennepin County, Minnesota, subject
to the Park nedication Fee being paid.
This resolution will expire on �1ay 15, 1977, if the aforesaid sub-
division plat has not been filed with the Hennepin County Register of Deeds.
In that event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of
Orono for subclivision apnroval.
