CITY OF ORONO
HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
PERTAINING TO OVERSIZE ACCESSORY BUILDING SIZE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF ORONO ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Sec. 78-1434 Building Size Restrictions shall be amended by deleting the
table under subparagraph(2) in its entirely and replacing said table to read as follows:

SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
passage and publication.

City Council of Orono, Minnesota.
