SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO. 213
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AND REPLACING
ORONO CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES TITLE V,CHAPTER 58,
ARTICLE II PERTAINING TO ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on Q��ust 13 , 2018, Ordinance No.
2�2 was adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, due to the lengthy nature of Ordinance No.�,
the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication and approved by�the
City Council as authorized by state law.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, Ordinance No. 212 repeals and
replaces in its entirety City Code Title V, Chapter 58, Article II�ertaining to on-site
sewage disposal.
A printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during
the City's regular office hours or on the City's website.
