"A RESOLUTION APPROVING TEIE REGISTERED LAND SURVEY � "
4�REAS, the City of Orono is a m�micipal corporation organized and
, existing imder the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WI-�REAS, the City Coi,mcil of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision
' regulations for the orderly, economic and safe develo�nnent of land within the
City; and .
. WI-IEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a sub-
division plat for Kern ��oppe, Etal;
NOW, Tf�REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City CoLmcil of the City of
Orono hereby approves the plat for Kern Hoppe, Etal, Hennepin Cotmty, Minnesota,
subject to the Park Dedication Fee being paid.
This resolution will expire on March 1, 1977, if the aforesaid
subdivision plat has not been filed wit11 the Hennepin Coi.mty Register of Deeds.
In that event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of
Orono for subdivision approval.
