ORDINANCE NO. 158, THIRD SERIES
CITY OF ORONO
HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORONO MUNICIPAL CODE
BY LISTING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTIES
AT 2251 PINE RIDGE LANE AND 2250 WAYZATA BOULEVARD
AS REZONED FROM RR-1B TO R-1A

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORONO, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
Section 1. The Municipal Code of the City of Orono is hereby amended by amending the
official zoning map and zoning use district boundaries for the properties addressed as 2251 Pine
Ridge Lane and 2250 Wayzata Boulevard, legally described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 2, EAST WILLOW WOODS, according to the recorded plat thereof,
Hennepin County, Minnesota;
AND
The South half of Pine Ridge Lane, as vacated per City of Orono Resolution No. 2803,
Document No. 2132368, Hennepin County Records, subject to easements and restrictions
of record, if any;
AND
Outlot B, EAST WILLOW WOODS, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
Said properties are hereby rezoned in their entirety from RR-1B One-Family Rural Residential
District to R-1A One-Family Residential District.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published in the Laker and Pioneer newsp apers and shall
be effective upon publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held on the
28th day of September, 2015 by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays.
