AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 128, THIRD SERIES
ADOPTING THE CITY OF ORONO 2015 FEE SCHEDULE,
ADDING REINSPECTION FEES
WHEREAS, the City has adopted Ordinance No. 145 regulating violations of the Code
and desires to amend the schedule of fees to reflect the addition of reinspection fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORONO
ORDAINS:
Section 1. Page 24 of the 2015 Fee Schedule of the City of Orono, Ordinance No. 128 is
amended by the addition of the following language:
CODE ENFORCEMENT INSPECTIONS Sec. 1-8 (f)
Initial Inspection & 1St Re -Inspection $0
2nd Re -inspection $80
3'd Re -inspection $80
Each Subsequent Re -Inspection $80
Section 2. Effective date. This ordinance shall be effective upon adoption and publication
according to law.
ADOPTED this 13thday of April , 2015 by the Orono City Council.
