AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND ADDING A NEW
SUBSECTION TO CHAPTER 1 SECTION 8 OF THE
ORONO CITY CODE
REGULATING VIOLATIONS OF THE CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORONO, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. City Code Chapter 1 Section 8 is amended by the addition of a new subsection as
follows:
ifi_ The violator and the property owner of record, where applicable, shall be responsible
for gny city costs in enforcing the provisions of this code including reins ection fees or
other fees charges, or Denalties that are imposed as permitted by law.
SECTION 2. Effective date. This ordinance shall be effective upon adoption and publication
according to law.
ADOPTED this 13th day of April , 2015 by the Orono City Council.
