CITY OF ORONO
HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORONO ZONING CODE
BY AMENDING THE DEFINITION OF `TOE OF BLUFF"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF ORONO ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 78-1211 of the City of Orono Zoning Code is hereby amended
by revising the definition of "Bluff, toe of the" as follows:
Bluff, toe of the, means the lower point of a the lowest 50 -foot segment with an average
slope exceeding 18 percent. If the lowest such point is lakeward of the OHWL the OHWL will
be defined as the toe.
SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall tape effect immediately upon its
passage and publication.
ADOPTED this 26th day of January, 2015 on a vote of a ayes and p nays by the City
Council of Orono, Minnesota.
