AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
ORDINANCE 98,THIRD SERIES,THE
2013 CITY OF ORONO FEE SCHEDULE
REGARDING SEWER CONNECTION CHARGES
The City Council of the City of Orono ordains:
SECTION 1. The 2013 City of Orono Fee Schedule is hereby amended by amending the Sewer
Connection Charge for the 1970 LS-1, 1971 LS-1 and 1973-1 sewer projects as follows:

SECTION 2. This Ordinance amending the 2013 Fee Schedule shall be published in The Laker
and The Pioneer newspapers and shall be effective upon publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono on this 23`d day of September, 2013.
