AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 78-571
OF THE ORONO CITY ZONING CODE
REGARDING HARDCOVER IN THE
RS SEASONAL RECREATIONAL DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORONO, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Orono City Code Chapter 78, Section 78-571, is amended by deleting and adding
the following language:
Sec. 78-571.- Hardcover re�ulations.

. Hardcover in the RS District shall be
re lu�per the provisions of the Stormwater Quality Overlay District, Article XIII of
this Chapter. Exception: The provisions of Article XII, Division 2, Section 78-1683(1)
thru 78-1683(3 re ar� din�Lproof via calculation of available �ge, drivewa�
sidewalk hardcover shall not be applicable to the RS District.
SECTION 2. Effective date. This ordinance shall be effective upon adoption and publication
according to law.
