AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS
78-1601, 78-1605, 78-1606,78-1607, 78-1608, 78-1610, 78-1611 AND 78-1612
OF THE ORONO CITY ZONING CODE
REGARDING WETLAND PROTECTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on May 28, 2013, Ordinance No.103, Third Series, was
adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that,because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No.
�o� , Third Series,the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for
publication.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the ordinance adopted by the Council amends
Chapter 78 of the Orono City Code. This ordinance amends the Orono Zoning Code Sections
78-1601, 78-1605, 78-1606, 78-1607, 78-1608, 78-1610, 78-1611 and 78-1612 by deleting City
requirements and standards for wetland buffers and buffer setbacks, and by establishing a
wetland setback requirement.
A printed copy of the complete ordinance is available for inspection by any person during
the City's regular office hours.
APPROVED for publication by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, this
28�'day of May, 2013. by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nayes.
