HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL WETLAND OVERLAY DISTRICT MAP
FILE #12-3585
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORONO, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
Section 1. The Municipal Code of the City of Orono is hereby amended by amending
the official wetland overlay district boundary for the wetland adjacent to Spring Hill Golf
Club Hole #13 on the property addressed 1050 Tamarack Drive and legally described
as follows:
Lot 1 Block 1, Spring Hill Golf Club, Hennepin County, Minnesota, Except
That Embraced Within the South 1/2 Of The Northeast 1/4 Of Section 26
Township 118, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Portions of said wetland as shown on the Wetland Calculations exhibit 4.1, dated
12/06/2012 prepared by James R. Hill, Inc. within file #12-3585 are hereby rezoned by
removal from the wetland overlay district.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published in the Laker and Pioneer newspapers
and shall be effective upon publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held
on the 8th day of April, 2013 by a vote of 5 ayes and o nays.
