HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDINGTHE ORONO MUNICIPAL CODE
BY LISTING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION
OF TI3E PROPERTY AT 3928 CHERRY AVENUE
AS REZONED FROM PARTIALLY LR-1B AND PARTIALLY LR-1C
TO LR-1C IN ITS ENTIRETY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORONO, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
Section 1. The Municipal Code of the City of Orono is hereby amended by amending the
official zoning map and zoning use district boundaries for the property addressed as 3928 Cherry
Avenue and legally described as follows:
Lots 10 and 11, Block 4 and that part of Lots 10, 11 and 12, Block 5, lying East of the
West 115 feet thereof, including that part of adjacent Cherry street vacated that lies
southerly of a straight line from the northeast corner of Lot 10 in said Block 5 to the
northwest corner of Lot 10 in said Block 4 and northerly of a straight line from the most
southerly corner of Lot 11 in said Block 4 to the point of curvature in the south line of
Lot 12 in said Block 5, Crystal Bay View, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Said property is hereby rezoned from partially LR-1B One Family Lakeshore Residential District
and partially LR-1C One Family Lakeshore Residential District,to LR-1C One Family
Lakeshore Residential District in its entirety.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published in the Laker and Pioneer newspapers and shall
be effective upon publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held on the
l Oth day of December, 2012 by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays.
