ADOPTED
BE IT RESOLVED, that the assessment roll for
adopted by the council of the City of Orono
on , 1976, is hereby amended as follows:
1. The assessment of plat 42280, parcel 8000, levy 5382,
is hereby reduced by waiving the unpaid balance of the sewer unit
charge on Lot 19 with the remaining balance of $816.45.
Z. This reduction is on the basis that the applicant
combine two separate substandard parcels consisting of less
than one-fifth acreage each into one lot or one building site.
3. Applicant agrees that in �rder to induce the city
to reduce the assessment by waiving the unpaid balance of the
unit charge on Lot 16, applicant agrees that he will pay the
remainder of the assessments on both properties pursuant to
• the adopted assessment roll and to waive any rights, if any,
against the city for any previously paid assessment.
Adopted this 9 day of August, 1976, by a vote of 4
ayes and � nays.
