AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 66,3� SERIES, 2010 FEE SCHEDULE,
REGARDING FEES RELATED TO ZONING PERMITS
The City Council of Orono, Minnesota ordains as follows:
SECTION 1. City of Orono Ordinance No. 66, 3rd Series, 2010 Fee Schedule, is hereby amended
as follow�:
A. Under the heading ZONING APPLICATIONS, revise After-the-Fact Applicarion
Investigation Fees as follows:

(Applies to all application types inciuding variances,conditional use permits,

B. Under the heading CONSTRUCTION PERMITS AND INSPECTION FEES,
revise permit fees as follows:
