A RESOLUTION TO ASSESS PLAT 42160, PARCEL 3610, DON BOHN
WHEREAS, Plat 42160, Parcel 3610 was provided with
sewer service in 1963, and
WHEREAS, Plat 42160, Parcel 3610 was not assessed for
this 1963 sewer improvement project.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that Plat 42160,
Parcel 3610 shall be assessed at $8.00 per front foot, and the
frontage of the property is 100 feet, therefore the assessment
shall be $800. 00.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a
regular meeti_ng held July 26 , 1976.
