AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF ORONO ZONING CODE
SECTION 78-281 THROUGH 78-300
REGARDING LAKESHORE RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS
The City Council of Orono ordains as follows:
Section 1: Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-281 is hereby revised by repealing
Sec. 78-281. Setback regulations; Sec. 78-282. Lakeshore hard cover and land alteration
regulations; and Sec. 78-283. Tree removal regulations.
Section 2: This Ordinance shall be published in THE PIONEER and THE LAKER
newspapers and shall become effective upon approval and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of Orono on this 24th day of May, 2004 by a vote of
4 ayes and 0 nays.
