It has come to the attention of this department that a Temporary Certificate of Occupanc5- «-as
authorized on December 13,2000. Due to the nature of a Temporary Certificate of Occupanc5-,it is
required that the contractor sign it as an acknowledgment of the deficiencies that require correction.
Without the contractor's signature, the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy is not valid and any
occupancy of the property may result in an occupancy violation citation to be issued.
Please come to the city offices to sign the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for your pernut at
3260 Bohns Point Lane in Orono.
