Re: Meeting on Site with Neighbors of 3260 Bohns Point Lane
Dear Bob:
On November 3, 1999 Ron Moorse, City Administrator, and myself inet with the neighbors of your
building site at 3260 Bohns Point Lane. We again stated that the City has no enforcement power
over private easements. There are issues, however, that need your attention.
1. When your excavator comes back to move the driveway(as we discussed), the City
will require you to remove any fill from the 5' setback and rough in the swale to
accommodate rains and spring thaw. I would like to meet you and the excavator on
site to discuss this before the work is started.
2. The berm you created next to the outlot must meet a 5' setback from the property line
and the silt fence must be fixed up in that area.
3. Prior to final grading,the City will require you to submit a grading plan done by your
surveyor. The plan will show how the cul-de-sac drainage will be directed by
existing and proposed contours.

the property with a five (5} foot wide lanciscaped swail covered wi#h rock or othet
surface material that wifl be campatible with our �verall landscape plan The
approximate two {2 j foot drop from th� street ta the culvert invert will be sloped
to keep water flowing and nat ponding as it previously h�d in the aften violated
pee�estrian easement.

This letter is to confirm our phone conversation regarding a berm placed on the Ritter proj ect at 3260
Bohns Point Lane. The City will require Mr.Ritter to revise the berm to meet the 5'required setback
from the property line. This work will be required to be completed before the City issues a
