We again stated that the City has no enforcement power <br /> over private easements. There are issues, however, that need your attention. <br /> 1. When your excavator comes back to move the driveway(as we discussed), the City <br /> will require you to remove any fill from the 5' setback and rough in the swale to <br /> accommodate rains and spring thaw. I would like to meet you and the excavator on <br /> site to discuss this before the work is started. <br /> 2. The berm you created next to the outlot must meet a 5' setback from the property line <br /> and the silt fence must be fixed up in that area. <br /> 3. Prior to final grading,the City will require you to submit a grading plan done by your <br /> surveyor.
