copy building plans of your residence located in the Navarro
Plat. I� is the City Attorney's opi.nion that plans are public
doc�ments and it would appear that the builder can ask to review
and copy such plans.
As current owner of the subjec� property, this letter is
H�ri�ten to advise you of the City's intent and if you have any
problems with this decision, please contact Tom Jaco�s, Senior
BuildinG Inspector, at 473-7357 within 10 days of the date of
this letter.
