Plat. I� is the City Attorney°s opinion �hat plans are public
documents and it would appear that the builder can ask to rev�iew
�nd copy such plans.
As current owner of the subject property, this letter is
written to advise you ef the City's intent and if you h�.ve any
problems with this decision, please contact Tom Jacobs, 5enior
