To Whom It May Concern,
Please be advised that Hennepin County will be initiating eminent domain proceedings
pursuant to Minn. Stat. � 117 to acquire the interests in the real property legally described on the
attached Exhibit A. Pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 117.042., you are hereby notified that Hennepin
Cotulty intends to obtain possession of the described property interests on Exhibit A no sooner
than 90 days from the date of this notice, or such later date as a court may order.
You are receiving this notice because you may have an interest in the subject property.
Included with this notice is a Notice of Hearing with the date, time and place of the initial hearing
where the County will seek an order for title and possession of the interests described.
