Aruthorizin� and ordaring acquisition of real. estate by purchase for
� future Village uses.
WHEREAS, certain properties hereinafter described are situated in
the Village of Orono and adjacent to or in the vicinity of the present and
existing Vi11a�e buildings, said properties are thereby particularly suited
for Village purposes and the Village contemplates needinp and usin� said pro-
perties in the near or immediate future for purposes of construcfin� thereon
certain Village buildings, a new Vi1.lage hal1, or other Village purposes,
-� said properties are situated in the SW quarter of Section 10� Township 11.7�

NOW THEREFOREo BE IT RESOLVED, by 'the Village Council of the Vill.ape
of Orono, Minnesota9 as �follows:
l. That the Village acquire by ne�otiated purchase the fee
title to the above properties for a price not in excess
of $3,450.00 for each of said properties.
2. That the acquisition of said property is necessary and
incidental for Village purposes, and that the acquisi-
tion is and wi11 be for a public use as provided for
and authorized by lawo
Adopted by the Village Council. of �he Village of Orono, Minnesota at
a meeting he�.d July 11, 1.966.
