The survey submitted shows the northwest monument appears not to meet the 5 foot setback. We will issue the permit even though the survey does not show the monument in the correct location. Please have the property lines staked to ensure the entrance monuments meet the 5 feet setback from all property lines also keeping a minimum of 22 feet between the two monuments. Attached is an escrow agreement. Please sign and return with a check for$700. Once the project is complete and all disturbed areas have been revegetated, an as-built survey submitted and approved, we can process the escrow refund. Please note, all expenditures, including escrow refund requests require council approval so depending upon timing of the above it may take several weeks before the check will be mailed. I have passed the application off to the building official for his review. As soon as he has completed his review we will contact you. I hope to have the permit ready to issue to you in a week to 10 days.
