Comment: City Utilities: Separate utility permits will be required for the sewer and water connections. Adjacent
roadway, curbing and drainage structures must be protected. City Utilities: The water service connections must be
protected from construction traffic during construction. SWPPP - Sediment/Erosion Control: Perimeter sediment
control measures should be installed by the contractor and inspected by the City prior to any work, including
demolition. The contractor must provide a minimum 24-hour notice prior to inspection. SWPPP - Street Cleaning:
Streets shall be cleaned and swept within 24-hours whenever tracking of sediments or soils occurs and before the
site is left idle for weekends and holidays.
