WHEREAS, bv resolution dat�d Ju1y 11� 1966, the Vi1.lage Council has
determined to acquire the fee title to certai propertp situated in the Village
of Orono hereinafter described for purposes o constructing thereon certain
Village buildings, a new Village hall., or for other Village purposes�
