MIHOTBS OF THE PLAllNIliG COMNISSIOH Trim SBPTBNBER 19. 1988 <br />ATTBHDAMCB 7s00 P.N. <br />The Orono Planning Commission met on the above date with the <br />following members present: Chairman Kelley, Johnson, Bellows, <br />Cohen and Hanson. The following represented the City staff; <br />Building & Zoning Administrator Mabusth, Assistant Planning 6 <br />Zoning Administrator Gaffron, Planning Consultant John Shardlow <br />and City Recorder Scheffler. Council Representative Grabek; <br />attended and Councilmember Goetteii was also present. <br />#1326 RONALD D. LAI <br />200 NAYZATA BOOLBVARD <br />CLASS II PRBLININART SOBDIVISION <br />PUBLIC HBARIMG 8:15 P.M>8:19 P.M. <br />The Affidavit of Publication and Certificate of Nailing were <br />duly noted. <br />The applicant was not present for this matter. <br />Planning Commission member Johnson stated that he would like <br />to vote on this matter. Chairman Kelley disagreed and stated <br />that there would be some debate involved with this matter. <br />Bellows suggested hearing the public comments. Kelley disagreed <br />and stated that the applicant should be present. One person from <br />the public indicated that he would be willing to come back at any <br />time to participate in the discussion of this matter. Another <br />gentleman indicated that he would be out of town for the October <br />3rd Planning Commission meeting, but he could attend the October <br />17th meeting. Another concerned party inquired as to how many <br />meetings the applicant could miss. Kelley reiterated his belief <br />that it would not be effective to have the public comments of <br />record without the applicant being present. <br />There were no comments from the public regarding this matter <br />and the public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Chairman Kelley, seconded by Planning <br />Commission member Hanson, to table #1326 until the October 17, <br />1988 Planning Commission Meeting.
