Bellows arrived at <br />7:05 P.M. Hanson was absent. The following represented <br />the City staff: Building & Zoning Administrator <br />Mabusth, Building Official Jacobs, and City Recorder <br />Peterson. CounciImembers Callahan, Peterson, and <br />Goetten were also present. <br />OIDmKB MaSDNBIIT - ACCBSSOR7 BOILDIHGS <br />PUBLIC DARIBG 7t03-7:04 <br />The affidavit of publication was noted. <br />Staff recommended continuing the Public hearing until <br />the February 16, 1988 Planning Commission meeting. <br />There were no comments from the public regarding this <br />matter. <br />It was moved by Taylor, seconded by Cohen, to table the <br />public hearing for the proposed accessory building <br />ordinance amendment until the February 16, 1988 meeting. <br />Motion, Ayes 5, Nays 0. In additiona, she reviewed the storm sewer <br />detail, and amended road plans. <br />There were no comments from the public regarding this <br />matter and the public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Taylor, seconded by Johnson, to <br />recommend approval per staff recommendation.
