Comments: Outlet baffle of tank is tilted upward which is causing the effluent in the tank to keep the inlet pipe 3/a at the tank. This is also causing greasy buildup in the inlet baffle. More care will need to be taken on the system to ensure baffle plugging is kept to a minimum.
