PRESENT: Mayor Dennis Walsh, Council Members Alisa Benson, Richard F. Crosby II, and
Matt Johnson. Staff members present were City Administrator/Engineer Adam Edwards,
Community Development Director Laura Oakden, Planners Natalie Nye and Melanie Curtis, and
City Clerk Anna Carlson.
