Norton Homes
2790 White Oak Circle.
Orono, Hennepin County
To whom it may concern,
I was contacted by Norton Homes to determine if the existing septic system could be
reused for the new house to be built at 2790 White Oak Circle.
The existing house was built in 1979 and is on its second septic system. The current
mound system and septic tanks were installed in the year 2015. The current septic system and
septic tanks are compliant to Chapter 7080.
The flow line of the first septic tank is at elevation 961.2. The proposed basement slab
elevation is at 965.5. If the supply line from the proposed house is placed high enough they
should be able to connect to the first septic tank and reuse the existing system.
See enclosed compliance report.
If you have any questions please call.
Sincerely,
Joseph J. Olson
