Orono Council Chambers, 2780 Kelley Parkway, Orono, MN 55356 952-249-4600 / www.oronomn.gov Audience Members: Information regarding each of the Agenda items is available on the City website (www.oronomn.gov) under Agendas Minutes & Videos and in the Public Packet — located in the lobby near the entrance. Applicants will be asked to move to the lectern to answer questions after staff presents the application. The Planning Commission is an advisory body to the City Council. If action is taken on any items on this agenda, they will be scheduled for an upcoming City Council meeting. A quorum of the City Council may be in attendance of a Planning Commission meeting to hear comments made, though no action or deliberation of the Council will occur. LA22-000064 Lebrisia Iversen, 4448 North Shore Drive, requests variances for average lakeshore setback, 75' lakeshore setback, hardcover to exceed 25%, hardcover within the 75 -foot setback and side yard setback. (Staff: Natalie Nye) 2. LA23-000022 Michael Clark, 565 Leaf Street, requests a variance for the placement of a new accessory building streetward of the principal building. (Staff: Natalie Nye) 3. LA23-000023 Bob Renaud with Minnesota Green, 1856 Shadywood Road, requests a 75' lake setback variance. (Staff: Natalie Nye) 4. LA23-000024 Sarah & Kevin Revering, 1960 Fox Ridge Road, request a front yard setback variance for an addition. (Staff: Melanie Curtis) 5. LA23-000025 Revision LLC, 165 Cristofori Circle, requests variances to permit an oversized accessory building on the property streetward of the principal building. (Staff: Melanie Curtis) 6. LA23-000028 Loren and Julia Parks, 350 Crestview Avenue, requests lot area, front yard setback, side yard setback, rear yard setback, and 75 -foot creek setback variances, as well as a variance for hardcover within the 75 -foot creek setback in order to redevelop the property.
