I hereby make request for a legal address change of the following described property.
Status: Existing residence currently addressed as 310 Big Island, had several PID #'s tied to this
address. Owner has requested address change to 460 Big Island for four out of the five PID #'s.
Our Planning Coordinator has agreed this would be logical change.
When all is finished 310 Big Island will have one PID assigned. And 460 Big Island will have four
