Iri:,ary site(holes 1-2) = 64.0 minutes per inch, Pressure mound system. Alternate site(holes 3-4) = 108.0 minutes per inch. Pressure mound sys- tem if ever needed, but shift toward holes 2 and 3 for better soils. 2. Proposed flow Rate. 100 & 4'tedroc-is 0 150 G.P.D. _'0 G.P.D. 3. Soil Treatment Area Needed. -7 s D q(O,,M G.P.D. x O.83 factor for at least 12" depth of clean sand •/4'5 SQ. Ft. or a rock bed 10 feet wide by fi2:5Tfeet long minimum. 4. Basal Width Requirements. W For 64.0 perc. rate use 5.0 factor x 10 foot wide bed = 50 feet total or 40 feet downslope from the edge of the bed. This should amount to greater than a 3: 1 slope on the downslope. Slope other sides at least 3: 1. S. Distribution. Distribution is to be by pressure through to 3 perforated laterals spaced 40" apart center to center in the 10 foot wide rock bed. 6. Septic Tanks.
