with the following comments:
As the proposed residence is located on the future
drainfield site, soil borin,s rust be completed for a new future site
before a CO may be issued. The potential site must he staked of= prior
to the issuance of a building permit.
THIS IS NOT A PERMIT. This is a design approval form which must accompany tite site plan. A permit must
be issued to a licerued septic contractor prior to installation. A list of currently licertseJ septic contractors is
enclosed.
NOTICE TO INSTALLERS: Any changes to the approved plans and specs must have prior approval of the
Inspector (473-7357). Call for inspections 24 hours in advance.
ALL DRAINFIELD AREAS MUST BE FENCED OFF prior to building site excavation and fencing must remain
in place until final site grading. Approval to pour footings will not be granted until the Inspections Department
has verified that primary and alternate sites are adequately protected.
NO VEHICULAR TRAhFIC OF ANY KIND (cars, trucks, earth moving equipment, etc.) is allowed wimin 20'
of tested drainfie!d sites either before or after system construction. Compaction of these areas could render thein
unusable prohibiting the timely completion and or limiting the long term use of the property.
A site copy will be available at the City Office:, for the septic contractor.
