Re: Outlot "C" Painters Creek
Dear MR. Gaffron,
I repeat that Outlot "A" is only contiguous to Outlot "C", the
Luce Line and McCully Road. It is more than 2000 feet from some
of the other lots in Painters Creek. Outlot "A" was created at
the City's direction and/or approval. Outlot "A" and Outlot "C"
combine to make 16.1 acres and allow for three buildable lots
within the existing zoning. Each buildable lot would be at least
three acres, as is typical of the other lots in Painters Creek.
How does the City consider Outlot "A" to be contiguous with Lots
1 through 10 or Outlot "B"?
How does the City consider Outlot "C" to be the only
"noncontiquous"?
