Thank you for helping me to understand how additional acres can
be used for density credits to meet the 5 acre zoning on the land
in question. I was pleased to hear that noncontiguous land could
be used for density credits as long as it is dry buildable land
and not wetland.
My question now is, "Where in Orono does the land have to be
located for me to use it as a density credit?"
