As I referenced in my May 28, 1993 letter, I was researching whether the status of Outlot C as
an outlot would affect issuance of a building permit.
The City Attorney has concluded that since Outlot C was intended for future development, and
such future development would be subject to all requirements of the current Zoning Code and
Community Management Plan at the time such development occurs, and since construction of
a single family residence on Outlot C would certainly meet those requirements, there is no need
to change the "Outlot" status to "Lot" status.
We will, therefore, issue a building permit via the normal building permit application process.
